Disappointing.

Glass looks nothing at all like the design I sent through. The print isn't even straight, so disappointed there goes my Mum's bday present down the drain!

We want to clarify that for laser engraving on glassware, we suggest on our website that text or graphic-based designs provide the best results, and we generally do not recommend using photos for this specific process. Because a photo was used for the engraving on this order, the results are as expected for that medium, though we understand it was not the look you were hoping to achieve. For high-quality photo reproductions, we typically recommend one of our photo mugs (https://www.vistaprint.com.au/photo-gifts/personalised-mugs), which are better suited for capturing those detailed images.
