Muted colours but works as expected

The colour reproduction on the wrap around image was a bit disappointing, despite being a high-resolution image - the colour was muted with a small amount of colour bleed. Mugs themselves seem fine.

The goods arrived very quickly and at a great price. I however didn't realize that the white back ground from the image I uploaded would be removed (inverted from black to white as was the text (on a black mug) this wasn't helpful as it made the text very hard to read. Perhaps I missed something. However the quality was good but not what I was expecting. Unfortunately I cannot add photo's as they had to be given as gifts asap.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear that your order arrived quickly and that you were happy with the overall quality and price. Upon reviewing your order, we found that the uploaded design did not include a white background, which was also reflected in the preview shown during checkout. Since black mugs print directly from the submitted design, any areas without a defined background will allow the mug’s black surface to show through, which can affect how text and other elements appear.
We understand that the mugs were given as gifts, but if possible, you may consider requesting photos from the recipients so we can review how the print turned out. This will allow us to compare the finished product with the approved design and determine how we can best assist you. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to helping further if images become available.
