No, we do not recommend microwaving any part of your bento box. We also do not recommend putting your box in the freezer, however it can be placed in the fridge.

Yes, you can wash your lunch box in the top rack of the dishwasher but for the best results, we recommend hand washing the silicone seal in warm soapy water to keep the design looking great for years to come.

This lunch box is ideal for kids aged 2+. It's designed with 2 easy-close clips for simple opening and closing, helping your kids become more independent.

No. At the moment, our bento lunch boxes come with the standard tray compartments.

We recommend keeping the following tips in mind:

Wash the personalised bento box soon after use.
Make sure you detach all three parts — the inner tray, the divider tray and the silicone seal — for each wash.
Each part of your box can be washed on the dishwasher’s top rack or by hand. For the best results, we recommend hand washing the silicone seal in warm soapy water to keep the design looking great for years to come.
Use a soft brush to clear any food from the silicone seal's grooves.
Dry all parts thoroughly with a clean cloth or paper towel.
For storage, it's best to keep the parts separate in a well-ventilated area, even after they're dry and until you're ready to use them again.

Yes, you can upload and print a design without a background colour, as long as the design sits within the recommended printable area.
