Bad packaging

I purchased labels for the first time and when they arrived the package was mangled. They were not supported with any hard cardboard during transit. When I got in touch with vistaprint, they were happy to replace these labels but now I find myself waiting another 3 weeks which is an inconvenience. Hopefully when I get my replacement, I will be able to provide a more positive review.
