Clear Roll Labels Templates

Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear the clear roll labels had a white background instead of being transparent like your previous order. Our review of the design shows there was a white background on it. Please note that when ordering the labels, if a template is selected that has a background color, we recommend that you remove this before proceeding. To tell if the label will be transparent, the template color will be grayish. If the template is white, please note that it will be printed as white. You may remove the white background by clicking on "Background" on the left of the edit studio and selecting the circle with the red line (no color). We have removed the white background and processed a free replacement order for the roll labels. The order number will remain the same as the original order, and you can track the status of the replacement by going to your Order History under My Account.

Upon checking your order, we noted that the submitted logo included a white backdrop, which is why the print appeared with a white background even though a clear material was selected. Elements with white in the artwork are printed and do not appear transparent on clear products. Furthermore, we confirmed that the production delay was already handled by our customer care team, and we appreciate your patience during that time. To support you moving forward, we have removed the white backdrop from your design and saved an updated version in your cart.
