How does a pickup point work?
Last updated 17 June 2026.
A pickup point lets you collect your order from a designated location. You’ll be notified when it arrives and asked to show your ID and order confirmation.

At checkout, you can choose a Pickup Point instead of your home or office for delivery. A Pickup Point is a staffed location, such as a local shop.

When your order arrives, visit the Pickup Point during opening hours to collect it. A staff member will verify your ID and order details. You’ll then sign for the package before it’s handed over.

The name of this service may differ based on the carrier. Australia Post uses Parcel Lockers or the Local Post Office if it’s the physical building itself

The Pickup Point service isn’t available for all products.
