Upon checking the file you submitted, we found that the uploaded logo itself included the white background around your circular design. Our printing process is fully automated, which means the design was printed exactly as it was submitted to us. This is why we highly recommend using the preview feature before finalizing an order. The preview shows exactly how the final print will look, so any adjustments can be made with the logo to ensure it meets your needs. For future orders, using a logo file with a transparent background (like a .PNG file) is the best way to ensure only the logo itself is printed. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
