Insane sizing and strange fabric

I get it says oversized but this thing was GIGANTIC! Wayyy bigger than indicated. Also the fabric is a strange heavy fabric not the usual shirt density, and the neckline was really thick. I ended up getting a refund /exchange on these are they were simply not wearable.

The AS Colour Heavy Oversized T-Shirt is intentionally designed with a boxy, oversized silhouette and crafted from a heavy-weight fabric (around 280 GSM) featuring a thicker ribbed collar. Because of this distinct streetwear cut, it fits significantly larger than standard or regular-fit t-shirts, so we generally recommend sizing down if you prefer a closer fit.
We always encourage checking the detailed size chart and garment specification guidelines on the product page before placing future orders to help ensure the dimensions align with your preferred fit and material preferences.

I ordered the 3xl and 5xl as normally I need to but these were bigger than expected. I’m happy with the print and it’s going to be a hit at my nephew’s 4th birthday party as he loves penguins.
My 5xl was only tight in the hips and probably could have sized down for the 3xl due to the actual size. Normally when ordering online the sizes are always tight but not with this one.
