To clarify how this design was produced, the polo you selected features a 4" x 4" placeholder, and the artwork was maintained within that specific size due to the intricate details of the logo used; in order to achieve the high-quality results and fine details required for a professional embroidered logo, the size could not be reduced any further. Regarding the excess material on the back, we sincerely apologize for the backing left behind, which is cut to a standard size for production stability, but please note that you can easily trim it with small scissors to achieve your desired finish.
