To set expectations, the backing sheet is a stabilizer material used during the embroidery process to support the fabric and stitches. While this material remains after production, it is designed to dissolve or be removed after a few washes. We recommend trimming any excess backing, as this will help minimize lint and allow the garment to settle into its intended finish. After reviewing your account, we can confirm that a support representative has already assisted you and provided guidance on handling the embroidery backing sheet. A replacement would result in the same outcome, but your feedback has been shared with our product team to strengthen quality checks and improve communication about embroidery finishing.
