Ordered these polos in early August and somehow received the wrong size. Raised it with the customer service team, who arranged for the correct size to be reordered. Received the second order, and it was the wrong size again! Called Kristal from customer service, who was able to reorder and expedite it to make sure they'd arrive before my event next week. A bit of a mission getting there, but glad to finally have the shirts in the right size and they look great. Appreciate your help, Kristal!

Purchased four polos and they all arrived in the wrong size. Was meant to have them for an event this week but looks like that isn't happening. Reached out to support and they are getting these remade in the size I ordered (thankful for that), but still a three week turnaround
