Ordered these polos in early August and somehow received the wrong size. Raised it with the customer service team, who arranged for the correct size to be reordered. Received the second order, and it was the wrong size again! Called Kristal from customer service, who was able to reorder and expedite it to make sure they'd arrive before my event next week.
