We're sorry, however, that the texture of the sweatshirt and the print felt a bit rough and wasn't what you were expecting. The Gildan® Crewneck Sweatshirt you ordered is made from a blend of cotton and polyester. This blend is known for its durability, but it can sometimes result in a texture that feels different from a 100% cotton garment. This can also influence the final feel of the full front ink print that is applied to the fabric. We want to make sure the final product is something you're happy with. Has this rough texture negatively affected the overall feel to the point of discomfort, or the visual look of your logo?
