Ordered some for staff. They are very very small.
Probably have to up 1-2 sizes for an Australian woman.
Very comfortable product and light but still warm.

Poor sizing

Measured an existing jacket and looked at the size guide to try to get the right size, only to find the jacket is probably two sizes too small. Not very good range for larger sizes on the website, especially when they appear to be small sizing. The actual jacket and embroidery is great though, just disappointing to not be able to trust the size guide.
