Got the logo colour completely wrong

The jacket looks good but the colour for the logo was completely different to the logo. There was no option or place to provide a Hexa code for colour as well. This defeats the purpose of having a good jacket.
I am not sure if I can trust Vistaprint with the rest of the merch for my venture.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that the logo colour on your jacket did not meet your expectations. We understand how important brand accuracy is, especially for your business. Based on our records, we can see that you have already been in contact with our customer care team and that the matter has been resolved. Please note that embroidery is more limited compared to print methods, which is why there is no option to manually enter a hex colour code. However, from the editing studio, you can adjust the thread colour to the closest available match for your logo.
