Shame that its printed

I like the hat shape but unfortunately the image is not embroidered, its printed in the hat. I wish i knew that otherwise i would have went for a different product.

Originally I was a bit worried that my logo as uploaded would just be crap…however with Vistaprint 'auto-enhanced aspect', it printed perfectly. Exactly where I wanted it to be printed on our caps. Still waiting on our shirts, but I can already see that they will be printed as ordered. I might have got my positioning wrong on those, but that will be at my own fault - they simply deliver 'better than expected' quality - and if it's off-centre…it's because you didn't follow their guidelines and double check instructions. They print amazing quality (even enhance quality of image), but it's entirely up to you when it comes to position because they do that 'as ordered'. Either way, our company hats were perfect, I can't wait for our shirts to arrive, but the mens shirts sadly will have the logo a tad further to the right than I wished…and only because I didn't pay close enough attention to detail!

I was disappointed with the quality of the cap and the clarity of the logo. The Blue T shirts however were great.

Pretty ordinary product and print

The quality of the cap was fairly ordinary. Multiple people thought it was poor. Perhaps this was our selection problem. The print was very ordinary also and did not reflect well on our brand. I do not think this is our selection problem and is more likely a production issue. We purchased one of these to test whether we should order multiple and we are glad we did as we would have had to trash the caps.
