My custom embroidered beanies arrived within the week and featured the artwork that I had supplied. Initially I was really happy with the reproduction of the logo on the flat beanie, but it quickly became apparent that the individual lettering went wobbly when the beanie was stretched to wear it. It's entirely due to the complexity file that I provided, however it would be worth VistaPrint checking that logo files are actually suitable for the item their being used on. I don't think embroidery is a good option for a stretchy beanie.
