Card stock is thick and sturdy, printing is very clean and vibrant, corners cut well. The foil is pretty wobbly around the edges, not as clean as I'd hoped. Delivery came later than estimated. Overall am happy!

The final result of my business cards is exactly what I wanted, but getting there was a frustrating and expensive process.
When I initially designed the cards, the design confirmation page looked perfect on my screen. However, when the first batch arrived, my logo had a slightly different background color instead of blending seamlessly with the rest of the card. Assuming I had just made a mistake, I went back, manually removed the background from my logo, and paid for a second order out of pocket.
Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened again.
It turns out their "AI background remover" tool doesn't actually make the image transparent, and—most importantly—the design confirmation page completely fails to show this accurately. What you see is not what you get.
I finally reached out to the help desk. The support team was fantastic; they manually edited the logo for me and printed a new batch completely free of charge, which turned out perfect.
While I’m really happy with the end result and appreciate the customer support team stepping up, I’m still out of pocket for that first order due to their misleading preview system.
TL;DR: The customer service is great and the cards are high quality, but do not trust the AI background remover or the on-screen proof. It ended up costing me twice as much as it should have.
