The Big Design Market Giveaway
The promoter of Win Double Passes for You and a Friend ("Competition") is VistaPrint Australia Pty Limited, 66 Paramount Boulevard, Derrimut, Victoria 3030 ("Promoter/we/us"). By submitting your Entry (as defined below), entrants ("Entrant(s)/you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY; HOWEVER YOU WILL NEED AN INTERNET CONNECTION AND ACCESS TO INSTAGRAM TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE.

This Competition is skill based. To participate, Entrants must follow VistaPrint Australia’s Instagram account, like, share the post, in the comment section they need to tag a small business they want to visit at The Big Design Market and then tag a friend they want to bring. (“Entry” or “Entries”). Each Entrant may only enter the Competition once. In the event of multiple Entries being received, the first Entry only will be accepted.

This Competition will start on 29 April 2025 and ends on 14 May 2025 at 23:59 AEST (“Closing Date”). You may only enter this Competition by commenting on the social media post in Instagram, any other method of Entry made by direct reply to this Terms and Conditions page will not be accepted. All Entrants must submit ONLY their own original answers, designs and works. Any such answers, designs or works cannot be previously published in any forum worldwide. We reserve the right to exclude any Entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.

There will be five (5) winners whose Entry/Entries is/are chosen by an independent panel composed of Promotor´s Marketing Leads (“Jury”) in its sole discretion after the Closing Date, having regard to skill, creativity and originality (“Winner(s)”). Chance plays no part in determining any winner. Entries received after the Closing Date of this Competition will not be valid.

The Promotor’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition is final and binding on each person who enters, and no correspondence will be entered into.

This Competition is open to legal residents in Australia aged 18 years or older and must have a public Instagram account. Employees, officers and directors of the Promoter (together with its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates companies within the Cimpress plc group (“Affiliates”)), all contractors and members of their immediate family (ie. a parent, sibling, child or grandchild) or household of any of the foregoing individuals, or anyone who is directly associated with the organisation or administration of this Competition at the Promotor´s side, are not eligible to enter or win this Competition.

No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the Competition, including in relation to the use of the internet.

There will be five (5) prize with one element consisting of (“Prize”). The Big Design Ticket Market Melbourne Almost Winter 2025 ticket prize.

The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. Promotor reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. All taxes, as set forth by applicable law, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winning and the Winner should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of that Prize.

The Winner will be notified on or around 15 May 2025 (in the sole discretion of the Promoter) via the communication channel as provided by Winner (ie. e-mail and/or phone) (“Prize Notification”). The Winner will have 48 hours to claim the Prize from the date/time of the Prize Notification. Upon the Promoter´s request, the Winner must send any further details, deemed necessary for Prize fulfillment. If the Winner does not meet all eligibility requirements, has not complied with these Terms and Conditions, cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours from the date/time of Prize Notification, and/or the Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable, such Winner forfeits all rights to claim or receive the Prize and an alternate winner will be selected using the methods described above. The Winners may be required to sign (where permitted by law) an affidavit of eligibility, a publicity release and a liability release, or the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be chosen.

The Winner will be announced and their name and comments will be made available on the Promotor´s Instagram account. The Winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the Competition and that the Promotor and its Affiliates may use the Winner's name and posted comments relating to the Competition, the Entry and/or the Prize for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid.

For the name of the winner or for a copy of these Terms and Conditions please send a stamped addressed envelope together with your written request to the Promoter´s address indicated above, referencing this Competition.

By taking part in this Competition, all Entrants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their Entry for the purposes of this Competition. Any personal data relating to Entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and awarding the Prize and be in accordance with current local data protection legislation and the Promoter´s Privacy and Cookie Policy. Please read our Privacy and Cookie Policy for more information about how your personal data is processed during the Competition or how to contact Promoter when you wish to improve, complete or delete any such data at your request. If necessary, your information may be disclosed to competent authorities in compliance with statutory obligations, Promoter´s affiliates, or third parties that are responsible for the organization of the Competition.

The Promoter, including its affiliates and agencies, does not accept responsibility for Entries that are lost, damaged or delayed. For example, as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or faults of any kind - including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the Competition.

Except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of Promoter, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Promoter nor any of its Affiliates shall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise) any loss, damage or injury to you and/or any third party or to any property belonging to you or any third party in connection with the Promotion and/or the Prize (including the winner’s receipt or use of the same), resulting from any cause whatsoever; or any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever and howsoever caused.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this Competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

Should any of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions.
This Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applying in the State of New South Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of New South Wales with respect to any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Competition, these Terms and Conditions or any Prize won.
