I understand printing can be tricky, but what matters most is how the business helps to rectify the issue and the service I received was an insane waste of time... over tape. First, I was at fault as I provided them with RBG colour, tape was printed and it arrived with the incorrect colour and also a glossy finish? I don't see any glossy finishes with this product in the product gallery. So I'm highly confused at this state. Long story short, I had two team members reach out to me to try rectify this issue via email and phone. It was apparent to me these team members weren't communicating and are telling me to take different actions. The process to rectify the issue was poorly handled, and I had high hopes especially for a big company like Vista Print. I wanted to change vendors for tape just to see what else was out there and also to save cost. Biggest learning here is maybe you get what you pay for.

Our custom packaging tape is water, dust and wear-resistant. Plus, it's made from reinforced paper that's designed to discourage theft and tampering, offering additional protection for your packages.

Yes, for best results apply the tape in temperatures between -10 and 30 degrees Celsius.

Yes, our tape fits most standard machines and dispensers.

Our water-activated packaging tape has two paper options: kraft and white paper. Kraft paper is naturally brown in colour and we can print any colour on top of it. For our white paper option, any designs in white will not appear when printed. Please also note that any part of your design that doesn’t feature a colour will show the brown kraft or white material.
