Our custom shipping envelopes are made from a sturdy, unpadded white cardboard (300 gsm) and are available in two sizes to suit a range of needs. The easy-tear tab provides extra convenience for customers, while the self-adhesive seal on the top ensures your products stay put. Plus, with the option to add your design to the front of the envelope, you can create stylish packaging that will stand out – both in the post and once it’s been delivered.

I ordered custom envelopes from Vistaprint for my 2026 calendars to give to friends, family, colleagues and clients. I'm so absolutely thrilled with them! The quality is excellent, and they're very affordable. They really finish off my calendars and take them to the next level - the presentation looks so professional. The custom envelopes feature one of my specially selected photographs. I especially love the pull tab at the back, which means the calendar can be removed easily while keeping the envelope intact. Such a clever detail! I've already ordered more and will definitely keep using these. Highly recommend!

Poor alignment

Printing alignment isn’t square and off to one side. Unfortunately made it present bad. Printing quality is ok and the glue on the seal is good. If the alignment was up to scratch this is a great product.

We recommend that you use files in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black), with the Fogra 39 colour profile. The optimal resolution for print files is between 250 and 300 dpi.

Our envelopes are printed in a landscape orientation. You can create and upload a portrait design, but the envelope seal and flap position will change.

Our custom envelopes are available in two sizes: A5 (240 x 160mm) and A4 (325 x 235 mm).

It depends on the size. Our A5 custom envelopes weigh 32 grams, while our A4 custom envelopes weigh 58 grams.
