Easy to assemble & send
Our custom printed mailer boxes are made from a sturdy 1.5 mm white or brown E-flute cardboard, so you can skip outer boxes and save on shipping costs. And with 2-sided printing, you can even add a special message or design to the inside of your postal boxes. We also offer mailer boxes in different sizes to suit a range of needs. Plus, they’re recyclable and are pre-creased for your convenience.

Our custom mailing boxes are perfect for delivering your products or promotional items to your customers. The 1.5mm E-Flute cardboard material is durable enough to be sent on its own – so you won’t need an outer box to protect your package. Plus, the exterior printing ensures that your branding is front and centre.
E-Flute is very thin (1.5 mm) corrugated cardboard. It’s easy to fold and is excellent for printing. It’s a good option for shipments because of its sturdiness. However, we don’t recommend using our mailing boxes for excessively large or heavy items.
This depends on your order and the delivery speed that you choose.
For a full breakdown of our shipping options and costs, you can visit our delivery page. We’ll always show you any delivery charges in your cart at checkout.
It depends on which size you choose. Check out this list to see how much each box weighs, sorted by size:
| Sizes (W x D x H) | Weight |
|---|---|
| 12.5 x 17 x 6.5 cm | 70 g |
| 22.5 x 16 x 8 cm | 110 g |
| 31 x 22.5 x 10.2 cm | 180 g |
| 40 x 20 x 18 cm | 280 g |
| 43 x 30.5 x 14 cm | 320 g |
| 20 x 20 x 20 cm | 230 g |
| 24 x 19 x 12 cm | 188 g |
| 29 x 14 x 9.5 x cm | 140 g |
| 36 x 26 x 10 cm | 244 g |
Not at this time, because brown E-flute cardboard has a natural brown tone that could make white elements look muted or subdued.
If you want to use white elements in your design, we recommend choosing the white E-flute option.
The first box from your order will include a QR code for logistics purposes. But don’t worry, the QR code is printed on an inner flap that folds into the box, so it won’t show when you assemble your box.
