Frequently Asked Questions
Currently, we only offer outside printing. The inside of the box cannot be printed on and features a plain brown kraft design (regardless of whether you choose to print on brown or white cardboard).
To make your design pop, we recommend you keep the following in mind:
- Use clear fonts. You'll want to make sure your text is easy to read.
- Think big. Can your design be seen and understood, even from a distance?
If you're using our template, here are a couple of things to remember:
- It's best to lock layers so guidelines aren't accidentally moved.
- Make sure the document size isn't altered.
- Create your file in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) with the Fogra 39 colour profile. Images with RGB or Pantone colours are converted automatically using a standard colour separation profile.
- The ideal resolution for your file is between 250 and 300 dpi.
- Be sure to follow our guidelines to ensure your design remains in the printable area.
E Flute is very thin (1.5 mm) corrugated cardboard. It’s very easy to fold and is excellent for printing. Sturdy and crush resistant, it’s a good option for gift bags – we do not recommend these boxes be shipped on their own.
No, but our wine boxes are delivered pre-creased and are easy to assemble. You’ll also receive a carry cord with your package that you can easily attach to the box.
Wine boxes are great for gift packaging and adding an extra layer of protection (and branding) for wine bottles. While the boxes are hard-wearing, they cannot be used on their own for delivery or shipping purposes.
Yes, our wine boxes are 100% recyclable.
Our wine boxes can accommodate most standard bottles of wine and champagne and will fit bottles with a maximum diameter of 9c m and a height of 34 cm.
