Bags were great. They were as ordered although the web ordering was a bit clunky and required a call to customer service which was a pleasant experience and was sorted out quickly. Also postage was quick which was a bonus.

For your specific design, we recommend choosing the all-over print option.

If you have other designs in mind, here are our recommended printing areas:

  • Small Printing Area: Great for simple, minimalistic designs like the classic business name and logo combo.
  • Large Printing Area: Great for big designs with transparent backgrounds only, like business names and logos with additional design elements.
  • All-Over Print: The best choice for bigger designs, or any design that uses solid, coloured backgrounds.

You can choose from a small or large printing area (which applies to a specific section of the bag) or all-over print which covers the entire outside of the bag.

Here are the dimensions for the small and large printing areas:

Small Bag:
Small deco area: 17 x 4.5 cm
Large deco area: 17 x 18.5 cm
Medium Bag:
Small deco area: 20 x 10.5
Large deco area: 20 x 26 cm
Large Bag:
Small deco area: 24 x 12.5
Large deco area: 24 x 30 cm

Our custom paper bags come in six sizes:

  • Extra Small: 22.5 x 19 x 8 cm: holds up to 8 kg
  • Extra Small: 27.5 x 20.5 x 11 cm: holds up to 13 kg
  • Small: 30 x 22 x 10 cm, holds up to 9 kg
  • Medium: 34 x 26 x 14 cm: holds up to 10 kg
  • Medium: 35.5 x 24 x 12 cm: holds up to 13 kg
  • Large: 42 x 32 x 11 cm: holds up to 12 kg

Yes, they are recyclable and they are crafted from recycled materials too. Our white bags are 120 gsm thick, while our brown kraft bags are 110 gsm thick.

We recommend you use a logo, image or design that’s 300 DPI in resolution to get the best quality print.

The heights listed in the options section are the measurements of the bag compartment, without handles. The handle height is 9 cm (for all bag sizes).

To make your design pop, we recommend you keep the following bits of advice in mind:

  • Keep your design simple – too many elements can be overwhelming.
  • Make your logo big and bold for instant recognition.
  • Avoid printing light colours on brown kraft, as it won't stand out as much.
  • Darker colours look sharper on both paper options.
  • Single-colour designs that cover the entire print area may result in slight blemishes.
