I ordered my labels but they came to me can’t read them

You ordered 7.5 x 5 cm stickers, which can be too small to clearly accommodate the amount of information included in your design. For future orders, we suggest requesting a PDF proof from the Editing Studio and viewing it at 100% before submitting your order. This will show the actual print size and help ensure the text is readable. To help with this matter, we’ve taken action on your account to address the issue, and an email will be sent with the details shortly.

Yes, you can. If you plan to write on your custom stickers, we recommend picking the matte, kraft or recycled option – they’re the easiest to write on. If you really like the look of a glossy finish, just make sure you use a permanent marker.

Paper stickers are great for indoor use – as long as your sticker won’t come in contact with liquid. If you intend to use your custom stickers on products that contain (or are exposed to) oil, lubricants or cold temperatures, we recommend using the clear or the white vinyl options.

Not at this time. That said, you can order a single sheet of custom stickers to try them out before committing to a higher quantity.

Not at this time. Each sheet of stickers will include only one uniform design and shape. If you want stickers in multiple designs and shapes, we recommend ordering one sheet per design (as needed).
