The majority of our products are printed in our Australian facility in Victoria. The remaining products are produced in our production facility in the Netherlands, where only 9-11 business day delivery is available. The products that must use 9-11 business day delivery are:

Example: If you order business cards and a photo book, business cards are available for up to 3, 5-7 and 9-11 business day delivery and the photo book is available for 9-11 business day delivery.

Hence in this example, each order will arrive separately. This is known as "split shipping."
