How to update your details
Go to your Basket and select Checkout
In the Payment step, find your billing addresses
Select Edit next to the address you want to change
Enter the new details and select Use this address
Complete the checkout process
If you update your billing address, the new address will appear on any tax invoices for that order.
Can I update the billing address for an order I have already placed?
No. For security reasons, billing details can't be changed after an order is submitted. If there's a serious issue, contact us.
What about digital products?
Billing addresses for digital products (such as website subscriptions) can't be changed due to tax rules.
