We try to group your items into one package whenever possible. However, you may receive your order in multiple deliveries for the reasons listed below. You can find the status of each item and any available tracking numbers in your Order history.
Products printed in different locations
Your items may be produced in different manufacturing plants. For example, business cards and postcards are typically printed in Victoria, while lawn signs or certain promotional products may be produced and shipped from our international facilities.
Varying production times
Some products take longer to create than others. If one item takes longer to produce, we often ship the completed items first so you don't have to wait for the entire order to be ready.
Package size and requirements
Large-format items, such as banners or lawn signs, require specialized packaging. These are often shipped separately to protect the products and ensure they arrive in good condition.
If your order is split, you will find unique tracking information for each individual package in your shipping confirmation email.
