How to check the status of your order:

You can check your order status anytime on your Order History page:

Sign in to your VistaPrint account
Go to your Order History
Select My Account and then Order History & Reorder. All of your past orders are shown here.
Check your order status
Each product in your order has a status banner showing what stage it's in. Here, you'll find the following information:

- Real-time status: For current tracking updates, check the banner on the right side of any product on your Order History & Reorder page. This provides real-time delivery status and milestones.
- Product tracking history: Select the Check status link in the banner to find your package’s tracking history and shipping details. Tracking is available for orders up to 60 days after delivery.
- Timestamped log: Access a comprehensive history of your product’s journey, including production and shipping updates with real-time tracking updates.
- Expected delivery date: Get an accurate estimate of when your product will arrive.
- Quantity: Confirm the number of products that have been shipped. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you'll find additional details about what to expect here.
- Tracking number: You can access detailed tracking updates via the banner for carrier updates. Your tracking number will be at the top of the page once the package is on its way.

Don't worry! You can still look up your order. To do so, access the Find your order page, enter your email address and order number and select Continue.

After you place your order, we'll send you email updates about your order and tracking updates.
