Why was my order cancelled?
Last updated 16 June 2026.
Orders can be cancelled for reasons like payment issues or item availability. You can find the exact reason in your order history.

Why orders are cancelled

We understand how frustrating it can be when an order is cancelled. Here are the most common reasons this can happen:

  • Out of stock: The item you ordered became unavailable after you placed your order.

  • Failed payment: Your payment couldn't be processed due to unverified payment, incorrect card information or restrictions from your bank.

  • Inappropriate content: Designs that include explicit, offensive or inappropriate images or text that violate our guidelines can't be printed.

  • Copyright violations: If a design includes copyrighted material without authorisation, we can't proceed with the order.

  • Terms of use violation: Orders that don't meet our Terms of Use can't be processed.

How to find the cancellation reason

If your order is cancelled, we'll notify you by email as soon as possible. You can also find more details about the cancelled order by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your account

  2. Select My Account and then Order History & Reorder

  3. Find the cancelled order in your order history

  4. Select the information icon next to the order status to find the cancellation reason

An Info icon next to the word ‘cancelled’ by an order. Selecting the icon reveals a pop-up with information about the cancellation.
