Cutting issue reduced usability of order

I recently placed a custom order for printed tissue paper and unfortunately the final product did not meet expectations. The design was set up to be printed as one full sheet, allowing us to cut each sheet into four usable pieces.
However, when the order arrived, the sheets had been cut incorrectly and the layout was misaligned as a result. Because of this, we were only able to salvage two usable pieces per sheet instead of four, which significantly reduced the value of the order and impacted how we planned to use the product.
The print quality itself looked fine, but the cutting and finishing issue made a large portion of the order unusable. This was really disappointing, especially for a custom job where layout and placement are so important.
I’d appreciate this being looked into, as the outcome didn’t reflect the file that was supplied or the intended setup.

We would like to clarify that, as disclosed in our product FAQ section, our tissue paper is printed in a continuous random format. This means the artwork is not fixed to a specific spot and will not appear in exactly the same position on every sheet.
To help us better understand the impact on your order and find a solution, please respond directly to this email and confirm how many sheets out of the 250 you received included a pattern that worked for your specific setup. We look forward to hearing from you and making this right.

great product - was just a little surprised by the size of the logo in comparison to the view when designing it - probably my fault but still looks good

The bespoke colour I requested was perfect, but they way they printed the design was pretty poor. The logo and features in the design were misaligned and not to the specifications that I submitted and signed off on. Given the relatively high cost associated with this tissue paper, I would have expected a much better quality check, or at the very least, if they thought there would be issues with printing the original design - get in touch beforehand to discuss?!
I have reached out to Vistaprint to ask them to review again, and hopefully we can rectify the situation.
