Reordered customs bags and quality is not the same

Reordered these custom bags as the quality was really great and the paper bag wasn't stiff (could be molded and fit a lot of things in) They have now changed the paper bag, apart from the handles breaking off multiple bags meaning they are unusable or need to be retaped, they are also very stiff and not white anymore

The bags hold very little weight before braking at the strap fixing points. Also, the paper is far too thin to hold anything of any average weight before tearing.

The printing was poor with most bags with printing defects.

The bags are used to supply our customers. The printing on the bags is very ordinary and look like was printed on a bubble jet printer
