Frequently Asked Questions

Labels mostly refer to paper labels with a sticky backing. However, swing tags are pieces of thick paper that are punched with a hole and can be attached to products with twine, string or ribbon.

No. But, ribbons can be added as an accessory.

To attach your custom tag to a garment, simply thread a string or a ribbon through the hole in the tag and tie directly to the piece of clothing.
The most common place to tie a swing tag is the sewn-in label at the back of the neck or waistband. However, please note that our swing tags do not come with strings or ribbons.

Your folded tags will arrive with 4 mm pre-drilled holes at the top left-hand corner.

The hole punch is 3 mm away from the top.

Yes. You can use anything you’d like to write with, but we recommend a permanent marker.

The smallest recommended size for your text is 6 pt — anything smaller than this will not be legible.
