I am happy with the production value and quality. What's unfortunate is the size for men is really small. I have it on max on the adjustable strap and it is tight. Not very comfortable and was expecting this to be one size fits all.

I totally lose my money, my time, and the opportunity

I am very disappointed with the quality of the two caps that I ordered. They were completely misshapen, despite my efforts to fix them. I feel like I wasted my money, time, and missed out on an opportunity. I also ordered a set of insulated bottles, which were beautiful, but they arrived late even though I paid for express shipping. As a result, I couldn't use them as intended for my marketing purposes. I feel incredibly frustrated..

Easy to design and embroidery turned out great. Hat doesn't fit adult heads comfortably. Quick to fade and shrinks from a quick cold wash in the washing machine.

Easy to order. Fast delivery. Light grey & charcoal are nice colours. Logo & stitching looks great. Comfy, but the size is smaller-med snug fit on the head sits about the ears. A little small for a man who wants a roomy fit.
