Easy to use, well priced & fast delivery

Was relatively easy to design. It let me design the whole thing before requesting some sort of commitment. Might need to add some help/tips when you hover over a tool i think e.g. the colouring tools. Otherwise perfect. I paid an extra $20 to get fast delivery and even through covid lockdown package arrived within 2 days. Well packaged as well. I would use again.

The invite is tiny! Not impressed

Totally disappointed with the product and service

The product was sub standard in printing and came with shadowing over the gold foiling. I rang and spoke to customer service, emailed the invitation and subsequently CSO agreed to re print. After waiting another 2 weeks, called to say re-prints had still not been received, despite assuring express postage, and was told that there had been an error and re printing had not occurred. Guaranteed that it would be printed for the third time, invitation came again with poor quality foiling and shadowing. I do not have time to wait for a fourth set, and need to send out as is. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN

Looks nice but the images and text boxes are unpside down

I ordered folding invitations but the template was not clear on which way the text and images should go so my inside section is the wrong way around and the outside text is upside down! Otherwise images are good quality and serice was fast.
