Yes, they are recyclable and they are crafted from recycled materials too.

I want to add an image to my personalised paper bags. What is the minimum graphic resolution?

We recommend you use a logo, image or design that’s 300 DPI in resolution to get the best quality print.

Does the height measurement of the custom paper bags include the handles?

The heights listed in the options section are the measurements of the bag compartment, without handles. The handle height is 9 cm (for all bag sizes).

How thick is the paper on custom paper bags?

Our white bags are 120 gsm thick, while our brown kraft bags are 110 gsm thick.

How do I design my white paper bag?

To make your design pop, we recommend you keep the following bits of advice in mind: - Keep your design simple – too many elements can be overwhelming. - Make your logo big and bold for instant recognition. - Avoid printing light colours on brown kraft, as it won't stand out as much. - Darker colours look sharper on both paper options. - Single-colour designs that cover the entire print area may result in slight blemishes.

From ordering to receiving the products, the process was easy and smooth sailing. Our only problem was almost a quarter of the bags weren't stuck properly at the bottom so we had to reinforce them ourselves. Otherwise we couldn't fault the products and were happy with them.

I loved the wide range of templates to design from, the delivery was quick and effortless. The only thing I didn't know was that the thicker fonts appeared more squashed in the mug, but the lighter fonts looked great. I didn't know this at the time so be careful with the font you choose.
