And with 2-sided printing, you can even add a special message or design to the inside of your postal boxes. We also offer mailer boxes in different sizes to suit a range of needs. Plus, they’re recyclable and are pre-creased for your convenience.

Great for sample boxes or small runs

I was really impressed by the online designer and 3D mockup tool that allowed me to check how the print would look before ordering. Printing and delivery of the 2 sample boxes I ordered was quick and easy. The print quality was OK but not great definition - type below about 8pts would be hard to read. Colour reproduction was good.

Hi actually was very disappointed in the colours that came out really dull. I didn’t expect them to be exactly the same. But they’re to the point where the colours aren’t even similar.

Our custom mailing boxes are perfect for delivering your products or promotional items to your customers. The 1.5mm E-Flute cardboard material is durable enough to be sent on its own – so you won’t need an outer box to protect your package. Plus, the exterior printing ensures that your branding is front and centre.

E-Flute is very thin (1.5 mm) corrugated cardboard. It’s easy to fold and is excellent for printing. It’s a good option for shipments because of its sturdiness. However, we don’t recommend using our mailing boxes for excessively large or heavy items.

This depends on your order and the delivery speed that you choose.
