Yes. If you purchase the bundle, you will receive the flag, pole, ground spike and carry case. If you’d like a different base, you’ll get the option to choose one from our Related Accessories before you checkout.
If you opt for the replacement fabric flags option, you'll only get the flag, without the pole, ground spike base and carry case.
Not at this time. We only offer a bundle with the flag fabric, pole, ground spike base, and carry bag. We also offer a fabric-only option which does not include the pole, base, and carry bag. If you would like extra support, you can select our water bag flag base before you checkout.
Yes! We recommend washing your custom flags with cold water and letting them air dry.

This depends on your order and the delivery you choose, but it’s important to note that select products can be quite bulky and therefore a little more difficult for our carriers to ship to you.
As a result, a bulky delivery fee of $14.99 will apply if you order our custom flags. The additional fee will only be charged once, even if your order contains other bulky items or large quantities.
Our standard delivery fee is $9.99. If your order qualifies for free standard delivery, you will only be charged the $14.99 bulky fee.
However, if you opt for fast track delivery, a separate and additional charge of $19.99 will apply.
