The stamp itself is good but the QR code does not work. I tested it before submitting order and it worked but it doesn’t now. And it’s smaller than I expected

Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent Self‑Inking Stamps order. We value your input and understand your concern that the QR code did not work and that the stamp appeared smaller than expected. Upon closer review, although you selected the Large size (2.10 cm x 5.70 cm), the uploaded QR code only occupied about half of the 2.10 cm height. In addition, QR codes are not recommended for Custom Self‑Inking Stamps because rubber stamps cannot provide the precise, high‑resolution finish required for scanners to read the detailed matrix of a QR code. Why QR codes are difficult to use on stamps: * Ink bleed and smudging: Ink spreads into paper fibers, blurring the sharp edges of QR code modules. * Resolution limitations: Ultra‑fine lines and small graphics, such as QR codes, are not advised for stamps and may produce unclear prints. * Inconsistent pressure: Manual stamping often results in uneven impressions, which distort the code. * Lack of contrast: Stamp pads rarely provide the solid, streak‑free coverage needed for reliable scanning. Better alternatives for QR codes include: * Stickers and Labels: High‑resolution prints on flat surfaces that scan reliably. * Business Cards: Use the VistaPrint QR Code Generator with codes sized at least 1 × 1 inch (2.54 × 2.54 cm). * Marketing Materials: Flyers, postcards, or brochures printed with digital offset precision.
