I ordered a clear roll and got a white roll. This is after waiting and receiving an email to state the order was delayed. Then second email that the order was delayed. And, when it finally arrived they sent me a white background rather than a clear as I had requested.

To help clarify, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing both the preview mode and the PDF proof prior to placing an order, as these tools reflect how the final design will appear once printed. Upon checking your order, we noted that the submitted logo included a white backdrop, which is why the print appeared with a white background even though a clear material was selected. Elements with white in the artwork are printed and do not appear transparent on clear products. Furthermore, we confirmed that the production delay was already handled by our customer care team, and we appreciate your patience during that time. To support you moving forward, we have removed the white backdrop from your design and saved an updated version in your cart. You are welcome to review this revised file and reorder at your convenience. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to help you achieve the intended result.

The measurements featured on our site for custom shapes are a rough guide and a designer will confirm your design and dimensions with you during our Upload & Go process. For example, when you select a 5 x 5 cm label, your exact sticker measurement might be closer to 5 x 5.6 cm, depending on your design.
