Yes. Before adding your cards to your cart, you’ll have a chance to add envelopes. Please note that you’ll receive one envelope for each card. If you’d prefer to skip the envelopes altogether, you’ll be able to do that too.

Yes; you can customise the front, inside and back of your thank you cards.

It’s always best to send your cards within two weeks’ time of the event. And if you’re a little late with your cards, it’s okay, a late card is always better than no card.

We recommend starting your note by addressing the recipient. Then, talk about the gift or gesture specifically and what it meant to you and wrap up with warm words about the person. Remember to be authentic and try to stay away from generic lines and quotes.

In our online studio, you can download a digital proof of your thank you cards – for free. This makes it easy to double check your work or share your ideas with someone else as many times as you’d like.

Please note that we don’t offer custom samples at this time – but you can order a small batch of 10 cards to see your design in person. This is a cost-effective way to see and feel whether the colour, paper and size is exactly what you want. If it is, reordering your personalised note cards is quick and easy, and if you want to make any updates, you can edit your design in our online studio. Either way, your order – and satisfaction – is absolutely guaranteed.

Yes, two of our paper options fit the bill:

Corn Stock is an alternative fibre paper made from a mix of recycled fibre, Elemental Chlorine Free pulp and agricultural waste (otherwise discarded in landfills). Corn Stock saves 15% of tree pulp used in manufacturing paper and replaces it with organic produce waste from corn. It reduces carbon emissions by 20% compared to traditional paper production methods.

Kraft paper is crafted from responsibly sourced materials, and is both recyclable and compostable.

The scalloped shape is available for both portrait and landscape orientations. The arched shape is available for portrait only. Standard corners are available for every orientation.

Note: The scalloped and arched options cannot be resized as the shapes are default settings.
