The sign for a birthday party arrived damaged even though there was no damage to the delivery box. The person I spoke to on the online chat for help to receive a new one didn’t help at all, so I ended up getting a refund, when I actually wanted a new one sent out on express delivery. Extremely disappointed at the lack of quality of the product and no customer support.

No, only the front has a printable matte surface.

Yes, you can. For optimal results, we recommend using a permanent marker.

We currently only offer foam boards in a standard rectangular shape for all our sizes.

We don’t recommend using our foam boards outside. These lightweight signs aren’t water-resistant or wind-resistant, so we advise you limit them to indoor use. If you’re looking for an outdoor-friendly option, we recommend our Corflute Signs.

Not at this time.

It depends which orientation you choose. For vertical foam board signs, we list dimensions as length by width. For vertical signs, it’s width by height.

We use UV digital printing technology – which uses ultraviolet light to instantly dry specially-formulated ink as it’s applied to a surface. The result is a vivid, scratch and fade-resistant finish.

Here are our foam board options and their specific weights:
A3 = 105g
A2 = 210g
B2 = 300g
A1 = 420g
B1 = 600g
A0 = 840g
