Some of the words are Not visible properly. Also big gaps on design even though finsl product was looking good when I checkout.

We have reviewed the PDF proof of the design, and it shows that some text was unclear due to the size and resolution of the image that was uploaded. Also, we notice one of the words was covered by an image on the inside right of the page. We noticed that our support team was contacted, and a resolution was provided. We have cancelled the replacement order as the file needs to be changed for the best printing results. Furthermore, we are happy to help with a replacement order; however, we suggest that you edit your original file, increase the smaller words, and adjust the resolution of the design to 300 DPI. Also, it may be better to order a larger size flyer, so that the words can show up bigger. In the future, we suggest that you request a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order. This is available in the editing studio, as "Preview", and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. Once you have made the changes, please upload the new image, then respond to this email to confirm.
