Wrong color and not adult size. Size S fits a 1 year old.

Great Customer Service That Made It Right

I recently had an issue with an embroidery order from Vistaprint. The quality wasn’t what I expected at first, which was disappointing.
However, after contacting their customer service team, they responded and provided store credit to resolve the issue. I appreciate that they were willing to make it right and stand behind their service.
While I hope to see improved quality control moving forward, I’m happy with how the situation was handled and the effort to fix the problem.

Absolute terrible quality in the stitching. The 3rd colour is very misaligned. If this is how the preview image looked, I would not have bought it.
I want either a refund or the order to be remade properly.

Thanks for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about the stitching quality of your hat. For embroidery, complex imagery like gradients or overlapping graphics may not translate well. It's recommended to use sharp, minimal graphics for the best results. That said, your experience is not what we aim to deliver. Good quality, however logo incorrect

Good quality cap and high detail embroidery, however the logo was changed by Vistaprint to the wrong colour (it was a logo that integrated the 5x coloured olympic rings - blue, black, red, yellow and green, and this is what i uploaded - however the red olympic ring was printed yellow, meaning there was 2 yellow rings). I would not recommend this for the fact that you don't get the exact logo of what you asked for, which makes it more-or-less pointless to order this product, regardless of the quality of the material, customer service, delivery time, ease of design etc. Would easily otherwise be a 5 start review all round if they hand't have messed this up.
