I want a refund

Absolute terrible quality in the stitching. The 3rd colour is very misaligned. If this is how the preview image looked, I would not have bought it. I want either a refund or the order to be remade properly.

It's recommended to use sharp, minimal graphics for the best results. That said, your experience is not what we aim to deliver. Very nice

Good quality, however logo incorrect

Good quality cap and high detail embroidery, however the logo was changed by Vistaprint to the wrong colour (it was a logo that integrated the 5x coloured olympic rings - blue, black, red, yellow and green, and this is what i uploaded - however the red olympic ring was printed yellow, meaning there was 2 yellow rings). I would not recommend this for the fact that you don't get the exact logo of what you asked for, which makes it more-or-less pointless to order this product, regardless of the quality of the material, customer service, delivery time, ease of design etc. Would easily otherwise be a 5 start review all round if they hand't have messed this up.
