Good quality prints. But I got a trifold printed and the back (white) is not allied with the front. So there is a white strip on the side on a dark green front. Looks weird. It was perfectly aligned when I submitted to the printer. I even got a second order done giving them the benefit of the doubt and made sure it was definitely aligned again but same issue. . . . I'm surprised they were posted. I would have through human intervention would have made sure that would not happen

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We’re glad you found the print quality to be good, but we apologize for the alignment issue with your trifold brochures. Based on our review of the brochures, it appears that the panels were not fully aligned within the safe margin/fold lines, which caused the white strip to appear along the side of the dark green front. For future orders, we recommend carefully ensuring that all elements are within the dotted lines in the editor to help avoid misalignment along the folds.
