Thank you for sharing your feedback—we’re truly sorry to hear that the logo on your Custom Product Labels and Custom Sheet Stickers didn’t appear as expected. We understand how disappointing it is when a design doesn’t translate well to the final product, especially when it affects usability.
Upon reviewing your uploaded artwork, we found that the logo was significantly smaller than the available design area and didn’t align well with the 3.8 x 3.8 cm circular template. This mismatch in sizing and shape likely caused the logo to appear undersized on the final stickers.
For future orders, we highly recommend adjusting your artwork to better match the dimensions and shape of the selected template. This will help ensure your design is fully optimized and visually impactful. All of our product labels are printed on white paper. That doesn’t mean you’re limited in colour options and designs! Our full-colour printing means that you can print on as much (or as little) of your labels as you’d like.
Yes. If you plan to write on your product labels, we recommend picking the matte or kraft options (they’re the easiest to write on). If you really like the look of a gloss finish, we recommend using a permanent marker.
Our custom product labels are a great, durable option for indoor use and with dry-ingredient products. If your labels won’t come in contact with liquid, these are a great choice. If you intend to label products that contain (or are exposed to) oil, lubricants or cold temperatures, we recommend choosing a glossy finish.
