Thank you for your feedback—we’re sorry to hear about the confusion with the top label section of your Self-Inking Stamp. We understand how important it is for your product to arrive ready to use, and we regret that this detail wasn’t clearly communicated.
As noted on our product page (https://www.vistaprint.com.au/stationery/stamps/self-inking-stamps#FAQs), the stamp includes a blank top label by design. To customize it, simply remove the paper, stamp it, and place it back into the display window. Sample photos on the page also show how to easily disassemble and reassemble the unit for this purpose.
With proper care, your stamp is built to last up to 10,000 impressions, and we do offer Replacement Ink Pads (https://www.vistaprint.com.au/stationery/stamps/replacement-ink-pads#FAQs) should you need a refill. Upon reviewing the details, we’d like to share a few important design considerations for future reference. While you selected the Large (2.10 cm x 5.70 cm) stamp size, the maximum recommended layout is five lines of text to ensure clarity and legibility. Additionally, for best readability, we suggest using a 12 pt font size or larger, as smaller fonts may not stamp cleanly (https://www.vistaprint.com.au/stationery/stamps/self-inking-stamps#FAQs).
It appears that the current stamp design did not include your email address, and we’re sorry this wasn’t caught earlier. We highly recommend reviewing the preview and generating a PDF proof before placing future orders, especially when transferring details from other products.
