Colours changed from what I asked

Not happy at all with the result. They changed the colours of my logo from Blue White and Red (French flag colours) to Purple White en Red! And my logo was way more up on the apron and now it's almost near my belly.. I won't by from them anymore for sure how can you change colours of a design without even asking the customer
