I ordered the black and they are more of a dark blue, after one cold was and air dried the shirts became as short as a xs but as wide as a XXXL, they were a waste of money and will be thrown away

I ordered this polo shirt with a specific design only to find out when i received it, that the lettering under the logo was missing. This was supposed to have been done before postage, as i rang up your office to clarify all of this, and it was told to me that it would be printed as i requested it. A bit disappointing, to say the least. Also the sizing of the shirt is way too big for the size that is specified. I would like you to print it out properly and have the medium shirt, as this would seem to be the correct sizing.

We certainly want to provide a resolution for your satisfaction, and attempted to complete a free replacement order, however, at this time, the item is out of stock. A merchandise credit was issued for the polo. It is valid for a year and may be used towards a replacement order in a similar and suitable option. If further is needed to with choosing one, you may contact customer care.

Hi Product was good, just that size got me wrong . . XL from other places have been perfect fit but this one is way too big. . seems Like 2XL or 3 XL

Of course. There’s no minimum order quantity for polo shirts. But if you order more, the discount increases according to the quantity of the order.

To wash your polo shirt, turn it inside out, and machine wash cold. Use non-chlorine bleach and do not tumble dry. To keep your personalised polo shirt in top condition, we recommend not to iron the embroidered area.
