This is our second lot of cotton business cards from Vistaprint. We really enjoy their texture, thickness and resilience - a handful even went through the washing machine and came out fine!!
We tried other styles of paper, but this is definitely our favourite.

"Premium" Paper was cheap and flimsy, the rounded corners (which were an additional cost) are not flush with the sides giving a cheap and nasty appearance, would not recommend

This is my personal opinion and experience. The cotton cards will not last long. Even though they are supposed to be 300gsm, it feels very thin and in my experience the corners start to crease up. In certain light you can see some sort of indents in the cards. I have ordered lots of other items from Visaprint in the past and those products have always been good quality. I don't recommend the cotton business cards though.
