I have been purchasing these calendars for the last 8 years for my husband to take to work, for our house and also as Christmas gifts. So easy to upload your artwork. The finished product is fantastic. Friends and family love them and my granddaughter ensures I give her one every year. Highly recommend.

Calenders pros and cons

I have used vistaprint again this year for an annual calander that I sell. Their colour reproduction is excelent as is delivery time. I chose their new product this time with gloss on one side and matt on the other to guarantee writeability on the page. I felt the paper weight though was too flimsy, at least the front and back cover should be of a heavier weight. Unfortunately the other problem is that vistaprint unlike some other suppliers still does not offer you design control of the back cover page. It is not even left blank but annoyingly they print a small image of your cover design and their own coding. . . . not a very professional look. I hope that they will fix this issue. The other thing to be aware of is you cannot print a design you like again another year as it is not transferable and your design is not saved long term anyway.

We continue to use Vistaprint for the printing of our calendars, year on year, which we use to give to our family and friends as Christmas gifts. Although not perfect, they are excellent, and in as far as value for money is concerned, it is hard to go past the Vistaprint service. The time between ordering and receiving the printed calendars is amazing, and over the last few years the lead time always been a week or better. We choose premium glossy paper, and while the printing is good, the supplied images appear to lose some of the vibrancy during the printing process. Our photos are processed correctly with highlights and shadow clipping considered, and moreover our photos are used by organisations in the creation of their information sheets and marketing materials, hence we know what the images should like like after the printing process. Creating the calendars is easy, with a lot of different styles and templates to choose from, and thus I recommend Vistaprint for your calendar printing needs. After taking receipt of our 2026 calendars, will I use Vistaprint again for our 2027 calendars? Yes, more than likely!

Frequently Asked Questions

Our 2-sided glossy-matte paper stock is the easiest to write on. One side features a glossy finish that makes your photos pop, while the other side features a matte uncoated finish that works well with most types of ink. Our satin paper stock can also be written on – but only with ballpoint pens. For our premium glossy paper stock, we recommend using permanent markers.

Our personalised wall calendars come in four sizes:

  • A4 – Small with Top Binding
    29.7 x 21 cm, hangs vertically with spiral binding on top.

  • A4 Double – Classic with Middle Binding
    42 x 29.7 cm (closed: 21 x 29.7 cm). 2-page spread, hangs unfolded, with spiral binding in the middle.

  • A3– Classic with Top Binding
    42 x 29.7 cm, hangs vertically with spiral binding on top.

  • A3 Double – Large with Middle Binding
    59.4 x 42 cm (closed: 29.7 x 42 cm). 2-page spread, hangs unfolded, with spiral binding in the middle.

Yes. In our template gallery, you can add different frames, masks and stickers to mark birthdays, anniversaries and other special dates. By default, our templates include labels for our recommended holidays, but you can add or remove them as needed.

Our online studio makes calendar creation simple and stress-free. You can choose layouts with single or multi-photo designs. You can also upload photos, choose from fun backgrounds, or insert custom text. If you need help or advice along the way, check out our help centre. You can also refer to our FAQs for a deep dive into the design process.
